The Prison Warden's Wife, Part 2: Bastinado!

It's late at night and the prison warden's sadistic, cruel wife is prowling the halls of the men's prison again, wearing her signature pussy bow blouse, a miniskirt, pantyhose and high heels. This time she's looking for the soles of feet to give a proper hard bastinado. Three unsuspecting prisoners in a cell are ordered to lie face down, and to stick their feet through the cell's bars to be tied, rendering them impossible to pull away or squirm out of position. They get the stinging martinet and canes that rain down on them like a sting of angry hornets. Their feet are left swollen, bruised, hyper sensitized and blue.
